Fresh pasta with eggs : An Italian tradition for Easter !

Lucia, a member of Bienvenue à Paris, invites us to learn how to make different types of fresh egg pasta such as multicolored Fettuccine, ravioli and pasta for the oven

This cooking class will allow you to prepare them back home, to eat them with your relatives and your friends, for Easter, according to the Roman tradition, the birthplace of Lucia.

No material is needed!

So to your aprons, ready, leave, you will spend an excellent moment to discover how to make the pasta  like the Italian “Mamma”  …
