Horizontal Burgundy 2013 – Côtes de Beaune

Géraldine invites us to spend an original evening on the theme of Burgundy wines, especially the Côtes de Beaune, during which all our senses will be put on alert!

Burgundy can be compared to an orchestra composed of different instruments that would play only 2 notes. The instruments would be terroirs and the 2 notes, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

From north to south of this beautiful region, it is possible to taste subtle variations of expression of these 2 grape varieties depending on the village, their location at the bottom, in the middle or at the top of the hill, the microclimate … all that makes the definition of the Earth.

You will spend an excellent evening and learn in a friendly way how to recognize and taste different Côtes de Beaune!
